These benefits are attained through the Pilates movement principles of whole body movement, breathing, concentration, control, centering, balanced muscle development, precision and rhythm. Pilates is an excellent method for rehabilitation for specific injuries or more chronic conditions and is great for supporting the whole system in our daily lives.
